Chef Terrance Wilder
Terrance Wilder (Owner and Executive Chef of Wilder’s Bistro, Appleton) received his passion for cooking from his Grandfather, Jessie Wilder, in the soul food state of Mississippi. Terrance is from Milwaukee but would spend summers with his Grandparents. In the last 15 years Terrance has opened a total of seven restaurants in Wisconsin. His latest, and greatest, is Wilder’s Bistro on Oneida Street in Appleton. Here he successfully brings his award winning “Southern Comfort Food mixed with a little Cajun Flare,” served with a little southern hospitality, to the Fox Valley.
